At Jay Gee Wood (JGW) we’ve been providing custom wood products such as wood and veneered panels since 1968. These quality products are manufactured utilizing advanced CNC controlled equipment employing processes including panel sawing, machining, edge banding, point to point, hot pressing, cold pressing, edge machining, and veneer cutting, splicing & sanding. We use both North American hardwoods and imports to fabricate a diverse array of high quality boards with a variety of core material, such as veneer core (VC), medium density fiberboard (MDF), particleboard core (PBC), marine, and melamine. Our panels and veneers are available finished or un-finished, with a standard size of 4’ by 8’. We inspect our wood panel products and veneers throughout the manufacturing process, and test them for adhesion, mil thickness, and hardness to ensure the highest quality. Our manufacturing facility is geared for volume from prototypes to large production runs, with a typical lead time of 6-7 weeks. Our wood panels and veneers are used in a wide variety of industrial applications, including B2B manufacturing, residential, commercial, home, business, travel, health, entertainment, education, government, and restaurants.
